Baltimore, MD, May 17, 2022 – Building momentum through the opening rounds of the FR Americas Championship Powered by Honda, TJ Speed driver Jason Alder is ready to attack the 4.014-miler, 14-turn, Road America facility. Taking on the picturesque Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin facility, Alder will pilot the #77 TJ Speed Ligier JSF3 with primary branding from Drive for Diabetes Awareness (DFDA).

“It is exciting to be back on the track this weekend and there is no other place that I would rather be than at Road America,” explained Jason Alder. “I have had mixed success at this track last year and I am excited to build speed and momentum through the weekend. In the past I have been fast at this track and if all goes well, I think we have a good chance to get some points and maybe a shot at a podium finish.”

Sitting fifth in the FR Americas Championship Powered by Honda, Alder earned one podium result during the opening event at NOLA Motorsports Park. Now, with a weekend under his belt, the former circle track racer will be looking to add to his results resume in The Badger State.

Alder continued, “I won events in F4 and FR in 2021 and am hungry to put my skills to the test and try to win some races this weekend. TJ Speed is a solid team, and they build top-notch cars. I know we will be able to work together to ensure we give ourselves the best possible chance to earn a win.”
